When I first saw the scan of this I thought, “Eh.” But as I’ve narcissistically (new adverb invented) stared at this shot longer and longer, it’s started to become one of my favorite recent images. Something about the fact that I actually took it with an eye for composition, for once, maybe.
This is the oft-renumbered 4919 GG1 sitting out in the elements at the Virginia Museum of Transportation.
Annnd I’m still guessing on the film. I can’t imagine it was Lomo; it just looks too good.
